Come join Caroline Lewis, of the CLEO Institute, and March for Science Miami (MFSM) to discuss what it means now that the United States has decided to withdraw itself from the Paris Agreement and how, as individual citizens, we can move forward together to ensure that Miami will not be further affected by climate change! Bring your questions, and your ideas for a broad ranging interactive evening.
Join Us June 12 at 6 PM at ACME Lounge at 70 Northeast 17th Street, in the Miami AE District! ACME Lounge offers stone oven pizzas and a full bar. Weather permitting, the event will take place on the back patio. Families welcome!
If you have not done so already, please consider signing up for the People's Science Paris Pledge. As individuals in the United States, let us consider to committing to the Paris Agreement, regardless of the withdrawal of the United States. The science is clear: human-made climate change is real.

periodically, we will feature a new speaker, at a new location, across the South Florida area to discuss current science and science policy changes that directly affect science education, awareness, and public access. 

We hope, as an organization, that these periodic meetings will help educate and engage the public, and give them the opportunity to discuss evolving changes in the community with experts in their fields.
